About the Role

As a Transformation Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing and implementing large-scale projects across various corporate functions. Your goal is to drive business growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global/regional standard processes for business enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate project requirements, review, approval, and standardization.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on implementation, change management, and Go-Live.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate-level project management.
  • Proven track record in transformation projects related to corporate functions, such as Finance and SCM processes.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management teams.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
