Job Title: Operations Executive - Business Information Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business information products and services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services, meeting or exceeding service-level agreements (SLA) with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Achieve operational efficiency targets and objectives.
    • Deliver on SLA commitments made to customers on delivery turnaround time and quality of delivery.
    • Ensure accurate and timely order placement support activities with data suppliers/vendors.
    • Maintain information databases – via different data sources.
    • Monitor auto-buy/integration programs, perform exception handling, and provide feedback to management on system/process-related issues that impact speed and quality of delivery.
    • Initiate process improvement/suggestions automation or formulate solutions to problems and collaborate across internal functional teams to drive system enhancements.


Requirements:
  • • Minimum 2 years of administrative and operations related experiences.
    • Excellent problem-solving skill and able to handle enquiries from both internal and external customers.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
    • Ability to think analytically, operate efficiently, and communicate effectively.
    • Strong initiative and the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team.
