Education Leadership Role

The Education Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our institutions. This key position oversees teaching quality, operational targets, and strategic planning across multiple locations.

This role ensures effective teacher training, curriculum development, and competition planning to enhance education and achieve key performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless delivery of teaching and operational KPIs across 6 campuses.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements in education delivery and student satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with school managers to optimize resource allocation and teaching schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
