Job Title: Academic Manager

 

As an Academic Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the academic integrity and excellence of our institution. You will be responsible for overseeing various academic activities, including module delivery, class scheduling, and examinations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close relationships with directors and department managers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and review the development, planning, and delivery of academic programs to ensure alignment with policies set by the Academic and Examination Board.
  • Take charge of academic and examination performance, providing regular reviews and assessments.
  • Work closely with management representatives to ensure compliance with regulations under the Private Education Act.
  • Oversee the implementation of assessment strategies that foster holistic education experiences for students.
  • Develop and maintain a robust Quality Assurance and Enhancement system to elevate academic standards.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Proven experience in academic affairs or educational management is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in education or teaching.
  • Good working knowledge of the Enhanced Registration Framework and Edutrust Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
