Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Programme Manager to join our academic team.

  • This role is ideal for a professional from the education sector who wants to shape the next generation of industry talent.

Our programmes include Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and MBA courses.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire administrative process for all academic programmes.

  • This includes teaching, curriculum review, academic administration, and industry engagement.

The candidate will also be required to lecture when necessary, foster industry engagement, and contribute to academic committees and planning activities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a management-related discipline (Master's preferred)
  • Knowledge of SSG-GD4
  • Prior teaching experience in a higher education or training environment
  • ACTA/ACLP or other recognised teaching qualifications preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and academic administrative tasks

You will also need to possess skills in Higher Education, Aviation, Regulatory Compliance, Teaching, Ability To Work Independently, Quality Assurance, Academic Administration, Strategy, Teaching Experience, Learning Management Systems, Wellbeing, Programme Management, Scheduling, Accessibility, and Business Requirements.
