Unlock the Power of Quantum Computing
We are seeking a skilled expert to contribute to the development of software tools that support quantum computing.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantum computing, preferably with knowledge of compilers, system programming or high-performance computing.
You will collaborate closely with other experts, and establish connections with product, engineering and design teams to develop enabling technology behind our products. Effective communication skills, strong motivation for learning, and a passion for pushing at the boundaries of technology are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop programming tools that interact with quantum hardware, working alongside other scientists and engineers.
- Ensure robust integration with our software infrastructure.
- Connect internal compiler components with user-facing services and interfaces.
- Solve scientific and technical problems in support of our product development.
- Maintain proper documentation of your work and present results internally and externally.
- Write reports, research papers, and technical documentation as required.
- Collaborate with employees and external partners to develop and protect novel intellectual property relating to quantum innovations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and technical advances.
Your Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Quantum Computing, Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or other systems-level programming languages.
- Experience in quantum programming and Matlab is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are necessary.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed is required.
- Highly motivated individuals with a passion for learning and driving technical progress are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
