- Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost plans to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting\
- Conduct cost analysis and provide value engineering solutions to optimize costs without compromising on quality\
- Ensure proper checks and endorsements for all costing and payments\
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure they stay within the available budget\
- Track changes to the project scope and prepare cost-impact assessments for variations\
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery\
- Evaluate progress payments and variation orders (VOs)\
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing in line with project progress\
- Develop and maintain project financial reports, including cost-to-complete estimates, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections\
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner\
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with contractors and suppliers\
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors\
- Manage purchase orders of materials and verify site requests to align with project requirements and timelines\
- Closely coordinate with subcontractors on progress of work in line with project timeline and requirements\
