Key Responsibilities:
- Improve National Sports Associations' (NSAs) governance standards and efficacy in resolving sport-related disputes.
- Implement the NSA Governance Framework and collaborate with NSAs to ensure framework alignment.
- Organize learning activities such as talks, clinics and workshops on governance and dispute resolution.
- Maintain an updated NSA Governance and Case Management System (GCMS) with relevant information and data on NSA governance issues and disputes.
Requirements:
- Background in sports management or a related field.
- Experience in business or non-profit management, relationship management, or organisational development.
- Good conceptual, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
