Job Title: Admin cum Customer Service Coordinator | Hostel & Centre
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Admin cum Customer Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch support to internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for administering and reception duties, as well as assigned HR tasks. This includes managing external phone calls, general workplace upkeep, courier services, mail, and other related responsibilities.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external visitors and meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating maintenance services, including office facilities, photocopier, pest control, plants, and other related tasks.
Additionally, you will attend to customer enquiries relating to training, enrichment, and tuition services, providing prompt and accurate responses to their queries.
Ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed, requiring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- ITE/Diploma in Business Administration or Business Services
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Available to work on weekends
