Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure business needs are fulfilled.
  • Developing a holistic business understanding and managing stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Conducting complex data analysis and sharing up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
