Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of a recruitment manager:

  • Strategy development:Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, including identifying talent pools, utilizing various sourcing methods, and managing budget allocation.
  • Team management:Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, assigning tasks, providing coaching and feedback, and evaluating performance.
  • Candidate sourcing:Actively seek out qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, networking, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Job posting creation:Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and attract relevant candidates.
  • Interview process management:Conduct initial interviews, develop interview questions, guide hiring managers through the interview process, and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Candidate assessment:Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to identify the best match for the role.
  • Onboarding support:Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Metrics tracking:Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employer branding:Contribute to building a positive employer brand to attract top talent.

Required skills for a recruitment manager:

  • Leadership abilities:Proven experience in managing and motivating a team of recruiters.
