Key responsibilities of a recruitment manager:
- Strategy development:Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, including identifying talent pools, utilizing various sourcing methods, and managing budget allocation.
- Team management:Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, assigning tasks, providing coaching and feedback, and evaluating performance.
- Candidate sourcing:Actively seek out qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, networking, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Job posting creation:Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and attract relevant candidates.
- Interview process management:Conduct initial interviews, develop interview questions, guide hiring managers through the interview process, and provide feedback on candidates.
- Candidate assessment:Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to identify the best match for the role.
- Onboarding support:Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Metrics tracking:Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employer branding:Contribute to building a positive employer brand to attract top talent.
