Job Title: Inventory Operations Specialist
The Inventory Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the current store and inventory in the workshop. This includes reorganizing existing stock, digitizing and automating store processes, and improving workflows to reduce human interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reorganize the current store and inventory in the workshop.
  • Digitize and automate store processes.
  • Improve work processes to reduce human-to-human contact in all store-related activities.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all inventory transactions.
  • Maintain stock levels and reorder items as needed.
  • Issue materials and items to various departments as requested.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in the store and warehouse areas.
  • Perform quarterly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor for damaged or expired items and follow proper disposal procedures.
  • Coordinate with all departments regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Take full ownership of all inventory items in the store and workshop.

Essential Requirements:
  • Some experience in logistics is necessary.
  • Possessing a forklift license will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiar with ERP systems.
  • Computer literate.

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of logistics.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
