Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is a 6-month contract position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the real estate industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to work under tight timelines and problem-solve effectively. They will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall, coordinating operation programs, and executing maintenance works to ensure optimal mall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
  • Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at an optimal level.
  • Maintenance and Budget Management: Prepare annual budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and supervise expenses for the mall's operational needs.
  • Assist in implementing Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works by tenants, and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with the Contract & Procurement team, manage procurement of equipment, cyclical replacements, and enhancement works.
  • Manage and respond to feedback and service requests promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead technicians and manage vendor services to meet professional standards.
  • Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team as Site Incident Controller or First Aider.
  • Contribute to Environmental Health Safety (EHS) reviews, permit to work (PTWs), risk assessments, and safety audits.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant degrees are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with Building Management and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) or MCST operations is advantageous.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines, resourceful and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Effective Communication: Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.
  • Open to lateral movements between asset classes in the future based on business needs.
