Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a retail mall. Key responsibilities include supporting the property manager in all aspects of building maintenance, leading an engineering team to create an efficient operations unit, and ensuring compliance with local codes and authorities' regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the property manager in building maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects
  • Lead the engineering department to develop and implement efficient operations procedures
  • Ensure the mall's compliance with local codes and authorities' regulations

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building maintenance, property management, facilities management, or a related field
  2. At least 7 years of experience in retail mall management or a related industry
  3. Knowledge of ACMV systems and Green Mark Building Requirements
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT skills
  5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication and written skills
  6. Willingness to work beyond regular hours and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment
