Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive the growth of our air freight services. This role will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for air freight services, including exports, imports, outbound, and inbound logistics.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, shippers, consignees, and airline partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets, prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations to secure new businesses.
  • Market Intelligence & Pricing: Monitor market trends, competitors, and airline rates to stay competitive, coordinate with pricing and procurement teams to secure competitive air freight rates.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in air freight (export/import) in Singapore.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers, growing wallet share of existing accounts within the logistics industry.
  • Good network with shippers, consignees, and airlines.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
