Responsibilities- Collaborate with team and product owners to understand business goals, redefine problem statements, and translate insights into tangible designs.
- Navigate technical systems and legal restrictions of banking, working closely with product owners and tech teams.
- Respect user privacy and create work you are proud of.
- Express and defend your opinions, participate in user testing, and recognize when to adapt your ideas.
- Communicate your ideas clearly to stakeholders and prepare data for meetings.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Strong design sense with continuous improvement efforts.
- 5-8 years of experience in a corporate environment, understanding SME/Corporate industries.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Versatility in brainstorming and pixel-perfect tweaking before launch.
- Prioritization skills to focus on impactful work.
