Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach programs that foster positive relationships with youths, volunteers, and partner agencies.
  • Conceptualize and propose programs to engage target groups, promoting their personal, social, and educational growth.
  • Mentor and counsel at-risk or alienated youths, building strong relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with volunteers and external agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Facilitate interventions and create mentoring opportunities to support youths' development, while monitoring and maintaining proper program records and evaluation systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Social Workers and Care Staff on residents' progress, upholding dignity, respect, and equality for every resident.

Requirements:

  • Diploma In Social Work or Psychology
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in program management, youth work, or social services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with at-risk youths
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and resilient personality
