Our experience and knowledge in understanding the needs of developing students allow us to equip them with relevant skill-sets and attitudes to meet the challenges of a rapidly developing world for excellence at school and at work in the future.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Youth Development Enthusiast who is passionate in youth development and training and can support in all new business ventures and endeavors locally.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training delivery of training programmes
- Talent Development for Training Associates
- Ensure training administration and training operation matters
- Development of curriculum for training programmes wherever necessary
- Social Media engagement

**Requirements**:

- Energetic, friendly, able to relate to youths and passionate about youth development
- A willingness to learn and try new things
- Ability to manage a class, teach and facilitate learning
- Possess relevant experience and knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape is a bonus (e.g. MOE education system, CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services)
- Prior experience with youth preferred

**Renumeration**

For diploma holder the salary range is SGD 2200 to SGD 2500

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
