Changing Lives Begins with Youth

Join our Learning & Development team and help shape the next generation of leaders. As a Youth Development Enthusiast , you will focus on delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating youth programmes . This is our entry role , designed for those passionate about youth development and eager to grow in the training field.

High performers in this role will be given progressive exposure to leadership and consultancy work , including opportunities to shadow consultants when engaging with school leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across youth development programmes.
  • Mentor and support Training Associates through onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning.
  • Manage training operations: scheduling, reporting, logistics preparation, and inventory management.
  • Contribute to curriculum content development, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and participant needs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Energetic, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
  • Skilled in facilitation and classroom/group management.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly; open to new experiences.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape (MOE system, CCAs, youth/community organisations) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience with youths is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply .

This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in group facilitation , enjoy being in front of a class , and want to build a career in youth training and consultancy .

Other Information
  • Work arrangement: Fully onsite at our office located in the West.
  • Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
  • Employment type: Full-time, direct-hire role.
