Young Adult Marketing Strategist

As a product specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that target young adults. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Campaign execution and strategy development
- Stakeholder collaboration and relationship management
- Performance tracking and analysis
- Operational support and process improvement
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for developing initiatives that enhance customer experience and strengthen portfolio performance for the young adult demographic.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in credit card marketing or product management, ideally with exposure to the young adult market
- Strong understanding of young consumers' financial needs and lifestyle habits
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
