Nursing Leader for Quality Care

We are seeking an exceptional nursing leader to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive quality care initiatives.
- Oversee a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe and high-quality care is delivered to residents and their families.
- Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote evidence-based practices in nursing care delivery, ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures guide care provision.
Requirements
For this role, we require:
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing
- Full RN Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good leadership skills and at least 6 years of experience in an inpatient setting
