Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes to improve productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate supply chain data resources, apply visual and analytical tools to access, extract and analyze data sets to improve supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • Engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific and global on process mapping, opportunity identification and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes.
  • Develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations.
  • Supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions as the need arises.
  • Benchmark, explore within or outside Emerson and implement relevant technology and best practices.
  • Apply change management processes to lead partners and users' expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Oracle Business System Support for Supply Chain Team when issue raised.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in Supply Chain function.
  • Proficient in advance excel and handling large data sets.
  • Experience in using data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Experience in data mining, machine learning modeling with Python.
  • Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Processes and flow charts.
  • Oracle Support to Supply Chain Users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience in Digital and Automation Transformation, project management and SQL will be a plus.
  • Can work independently and with minimal mentorship.
