Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and patterns that impact the automotive industry. Use data-driven insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies. Ensure seamless production order planning and execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate consensus building with distributors and stakeholders to drive short- and mid-term planning. Provide expert advice on demand and supply chain matters.
  • Project Coordination: Support country-specific projects by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and sharing best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: No experience required, as on-the-job training is provided. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: 5-day workweek, MNC.
