Job Description

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and serve high-quality ice-cream and bubble tea drinks that meet our rigorous quality standards. This involves preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Furthermore, you will be expected to handle cash transactions, interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A background in bubble tea preparation is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
  • A Food Handling License is highly regarded but not a requirement at this time.
