Regional Finance Manager Job Description

The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions of the company across the Asia region.

  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and control.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Manage the accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare financial reports, statements, and other documents as required by management or regulatory bodies.
  • Credit Management: Oversee the credit policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure timely payment from customers and minimize bad debts.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations in the Asia region, including preparation of tax returns, payments, and filings.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to prevent fraud, error, or misappropriation of assets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership. They should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
