Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Nursing Support:
  • Provide nursing care and assistance to seniors, including vital sign monitoring and medication management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seniors receive comprehensive care and support.

Rehabilitation Services:
  • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in developing and implementing rehabilitation plans tailored to each senior's needs.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages seniors to engage in physical activity and maintain independence.

Community Engagement:
  • Develop and lead activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being among seniors.
  • Build strong relationships with seniors, families, and community partners to enhance overall care and support.

Administration and Operations:
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of senior care plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Ensure the centre remains a safe and healthy environment for seniors, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess:

  • A diploma or degree in a related field, such as nursing or social work.
  • Experience working with seniors, preferably in a care setting.
