Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in managing warehouse staff and coordinating shipments. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on procedures and protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Certifications: SC401 (Singapore Customs) declarant certification preferred, WHSE certifications preferred.
