We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the receipt and verification of incoming goods against delivery orders, reporting any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor. This involves conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory records accurately in the system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and labeling items based on customer orders, preparing them for delivery and organizing them according to schedules. They will also assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes.

In addition to these tasks, the Warehouse Logistics Specialist will communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and assist in ordering stock as needed to fulfill customer orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification and prior warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.
