The Role

As a New Product Introduction Product Engineer, you will be responsible for driving product cost through Yield improvement, quality with test content and test points design, and product definition/bounding box development.

  • Collaborate with global teams to plan and develop the final product solution to meet KPI targets.
  • Develop an understanding of product IP blocks and their mission-mode/customer usage.
  • Lead and develop ATE test program for silicon design functional verification and IP enablement.
