**New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager**

**Summary**
We are seeking an individual who wishes to combine strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, good communication skills to drive an impact. You will be accountable for the end-to-end efforts to launch and commercialize new products for the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson Pte Ltd in Singapore. New launches include therapies in the field of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell (CAR-T) therapy, Oncology, Haematology, Gene Therapy, Infectious Disease, Rare Diseases etc.

This role will be reporting to Integrated Market Access Team (IMAT) Lead, Pharm, J&J Singapore.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross-functional teams with full accountability of the end-to-end process of new product introductions
- Evaluate the commercial viability of new assets and allocate resources for effective launch planning.
- Build business cases and launch plans in collaboration with the cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, Finance, Quality, Compliance, etc
- Project manage launch excellence efforts across multiple workstreams and ensure on-target delivery of agreed milestones.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish new infrastructures and go-to-market models.
- Build strong interdependent partnerships with regional teams in Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific, and other key stakeholders within the organization

**Key Competencies**:

- Comfortable with ambiguous and complex situations, with the ability to make sound and rational decisions in the context of overall business impact, budget, resources and implementation
- Able to set strategic directions and align the efforts of the local and regional cross-functional team.
- Strong leadership skills and an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external partners
- Demonstrates agility and flexibility to alternative approaches while anticipating potential risks and developing corresponding contingency plans.
- Create a CREDO-based environment for all decision making, instil a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; A focused degree in a scientific discipline is preferred.
- Experience in the field of haematology, oncology or rare diseases preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. Marketing experience preferred / able to demonstrate strong understanding of marketing and sales requirements for new products
- Proven track record in launching complex new products is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering is preferred
- In-depth understanding of financial processes such as business case development.
- This role will be based in Singapore.
