JR49237 New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning Engineer
- Job Description

**Responsibility**
- Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.
- Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time.
- Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.
- Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices.
- Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products

**Requirement**:

- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Industrial System Engineering or relevant experience
- Having additional knowledge/experiences in supply chain, data analytic, and coding (especially phyton) is a bonus point.
