Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing key account strategies to drive sales growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement and manage promotional campaigns.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience with a track record of success in sales/key account management.
  • Experience in the FMCG/Pharma channel, particularly in Modern Trade - Pharmacy clients, travel retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Immediate starter is a plus.
