Neural Circuit Research Scientist

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our interdisciplinary research team in neural circuits and machine learning. Our lab combines large-scale neural recordings with the development of new AI methods for behavior and neural data.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computational neuroscience or a related field, with expertise in programming languages such as Python and C++. Experience with deep learning frameworks and multimodal transformers is an advantage.

Our research focuses on understanding how neural circuits process and represent emotional states. We use cutting-edge equipment, including high-performance compute platforms and state-of-the-art in vivo neural imaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI models for neural data analysis
  • Analyze and interpret large-scale neural recordings
  • Collaborate with researchers to develop new research ideas
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Psychology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or related fields
  • Strong background in programming and experience with deep learning frameworks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
