We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with ITSM modules and Discovery implementation. Additionally, they will possess excellent skills in form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Implement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.
  • Configure and update Discovery schedules, monitor daily runs for errors, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.
  • Customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
  • Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.
  • Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  • Manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.
  • Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.
  • Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
