Cafe Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a skilled cafe barista. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, assist them promptly, and address their queries with a friendly attitude.
  • Drink and Food Preparation: Prepare, plate, and serve drinks and food according to our standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our menu offerings, coffee bean origins, and brewing methods. Share your knowledge with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Calibrate machines daily, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, check, and manage inventory and perishables. Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cafe or F&B setting.
  • A background in coffee is highly preferred.
