Job Title: Coffee Expert

Central Region/East 5/6 work days per week $2200-$3000

  • Greet customers, take orders and process payments efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, pastries and food options in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Operate espresso machines safely and effectively.
  • Perform daily routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and stations.
  • Check inventory levels regularly.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and food hygiene at all times.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and suggest new menu items based on insights.
  • Support service crew members.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Barista experience and basic latte art skills are preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • A proactive learner and team player.
