Strategic Solutions Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives, designing scalable and robust enterprise solutions across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture & Planning
    • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
    • Align IT strategy with business goals and industry best practices.
    • Identify technology trends and emerging solutions relevant to business needs.
  • Solution Design & Delivery
    • Design end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms.
    • Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
    • Review and approve solution architectures proposed by technical teams and vendors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with C-level executives, business unit heads, and IT teams to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions.
    • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices.
    • Support audits and risk assessments, ensuring solutions are compliant with regulations.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
    • Mentor solution and domain architects, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution/enterprise architecture role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise systems, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Proven experience designing large-scale digital transformation projects or enterprise system migrations.
  • At least one full-cycle project experience in the government sector (including maintenance phase)
