Position Overview

At Hex Trust, we are committed to fostering trust within the digital asset landscape. We seek an accomplished sales professional with a strong background in digital assets and financial services. This role primarily focuses on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

As a dynamic and rapidly expanding FinTech firm, we offer a comprehensive suite of prime brokerage services, including custody and trading. We are in search of motivated individuals who possess extensive industry expertise, confidence, and tenacity to work autonomously, cultivate relationships, and expand our client and partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across our custody and global markets offerings, including full custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle: from initial scoping and pipeline management to pitching, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing sales.
  • Develop expertise in the digital asset ecosystem and assigned product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance, and Product to enhance revenue performance.
  • Monitor significant developments in the digital asset space and proactively identify new revenue streams.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles with institutional clients in both traditional financial services and digital asset startups.
  • Familiarity with prime brokerage products, including custody and trading.
  • Understanding of the operational requirements within a regulated financial institution.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 organizations.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is a plus.
  • Alignment with our team culture, emphasizing respect and collaboration.
