">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify individualized care needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Promote continuity of care through effective communication and teamwork among multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor and manage acute and chronic treatment toxicity to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care process, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Advocate for patient rights, privacy, and informed consent, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient autonomy.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with legal requirements, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Follow clinical protocols, including IV preparation and cannulation, for safe care delivery.
">Requirements:">
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold at least 1 year of experience in oncology nursing, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the specialty.
  • Knowledge in radiation oncology is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Must be an SNB registered Senior/Staff Nurse, ensuring competence and accountability in practice.
