Director of Campaign Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our marketing initiatives. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving campaign success through innovative strategy and execution.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and deploy multi-audience marketing campaigns aligned with our overall message objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement integrated campaign activities that drive communication objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing marketing campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and project management skills. Experience in marketing, communications or a related field is required.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Oversee and manage the delivery of campaign plans including deployment of resources, implementation, post-campaign evaluation and recommendations
- Work with key stakeholders to implement integrated campaign activities ensuring through-the-line marketing activities work together to achieve communication objectives
- Lead survey initiatives, monitor, gather and analyse data to drive data-driven marketing initiatives
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing/Communications
- Proven experience in developing marketing campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and project management skills
