ShopBack is embarking on an exciting journey to expand its presence globally. We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our expansion efforts, driving growth and innovation across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to launch new markets, leveraging expertise in marketing, partnerships, and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, customer service, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless market launches.
  • Build and manage local teams, identifying top talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute to market research and analysis, informing data-driven decisions on launch priorities and playbooks.

Frequently Traveling Roles: We're seeking individuals who are willing and able to travel for extended periods (up to 3-6 months each time) as part of market launch cycles.

Essential Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, sales, or expansion in a fast-growing company.
  • Entrepreneurial background or experience as a market launcher is a strong plus.
  • Competitive, curious, and driven by challenges with a strong growth mindset.
  • Quick to learn, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and adaptable to shifting environments.
