Job Title: E-commerce and Live Selling Specialist

About the Role:

We are a growing retail business dedicated to inspiring creativity and mindfulness through our crystal offerings. Our mission is to empower individuals to manifest their dreams by providing high-quality crystals for various purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with retail floor operations, including sales floor upkeep and cashiering.
  • Pack products for dispatch or self-collection, ensuring items are well-protected and presented.
  • Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase and sell our products.
  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive sales through live engagement.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Film and edit high-quality videos using appropriate applications.
Requirements:
  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Experience hosting TikTok LIVE or similar LIVE selling platforms.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera with strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, MS Office, Google Softwares, Excel) is required.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to make engaging content.
  • Crystals knowledge is not necessary but will be beneficial.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays.
