Enhance the delivery of community health services by managing and coordinating a range of programs designed to improve health outcomes for seniors.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Project Silver Screen, a functional screening program that aims to detect early decline in vision, hearing, and oral health among seniors in the community.

  • Support the planning of Level 1 operations for the transition and mainstreaming phases of the program.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, vendors, and community partners.
  • Coordinate between different departments and teams to deliver successful pilot events prior to mainstreaming.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining marketing materials, handling public inquiries, and providing administrative support for population health initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years' working experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or community partnership would be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
