Job Title:
Program Manager - HIV, Hepatitis and STI Division

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation of programs aimed at controlling HIV and STIs and eliminating viral hepatitis C in Singapore. The successful candidate will have experience in public health program management, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to achieve divisional goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and policy formulations.
  • Develop and disseminate educational materials and campaigns to promote health awareness and encourage participation in prevention and treatment programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum tertiary qualifications in recognized disciplines, preferably in Public Health, Health Information Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Singapore, particularly in HIV, hepatitis C, and STI management.
  • Experience in public health program management, stakeholder engagement, or related areas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
