This is an exciting opportunity to support the production team in video and social media projects.

  • About the Role:
  • Manage administrative tasks for a production company, including human resources work and internal digital marketing.
  • Coordinate with the production team to execute and manage videos and social media campaigns.
  • Develop production schedules and media buying plans.
  • Have a strong understanding of social media analytics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint proposals for social media projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in social media content generation and marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, WeChat & TikTok).
  • Possess a certificate in business administration or digital marketing.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A standard 5-day working week.
