At our company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Content Coordinator. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of our social media content strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining our in-house content calendar\
  • Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts\
  • Draft captions and coordinate post approvals\
  • Create basic visual assets using Canva or templates for posts and stories\
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut, InShot, or similar for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts\
  • Track deadlines, performance, and trends\
  • Support creative brainstorms and campaign planning\
  • Develop new internal IPs or content series\
  • Assist with client-facing content planning or post scheduling\
  • Support basic editing or asset preparation for social posts\
  • Research trends or creator references to inform new ideas\
  • Organize and maintain content libraries or templates\

  • Some experience managing or assisting with social media content\
  • Solid understanding of short-form platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shorts\
  • Proficient in basic visual tools like Canva, and video editors like CapCut\

  • Clear communicator, comfortable working remotely and independently\
  • Bonus: familiarity with TikTok Business, Meta Business Suite, or basic reporting tools\
