Reimagining Membership Operations for Success
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing membership operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day membership operations, including weekend and public holiday coverage.
Key duties include roster planning with senior officers, managing membership emails, checking application forms for errors daily, and overseeing membership queries and requests onsite and online.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reminding officers about new membership initiatives and promotions, conducting UAT for new PLUs, and preparing reports with senior officers as needed.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can work collaboratively with the team to drive membership growth.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day membership operations, including weekend and public holiday coverage;
- Assist in roster planning with senior officers;
- Manage membership emails and ensure timely responses;
- Check application forms for errors daily;
- Oversee membership queries and requests onsite and online;
- Remind officers about new membership initiatives and promotions;
- Conduct UAT for new PLUs;
- Prepare reports with senior officers as needed;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or Higher NITEC/NITEC;
- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality service/tourism industry;
- Prior customer service/guest experience/contact centre experiences would be a plus;
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays;
- Good communication and writing skills;
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Galaxy, CRM+, Onestore would be a plus;
