Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in driving workforce transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to address their unique challenges and promote relevant government-supported initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive results. This role requires a high level of motivation and collaboration, as well as a deep interest in driving positive change in the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote workforce initiatives to SMEs through visits, events, and webinars.
  • Engage and follow up with employers to drive interest and convert it into programme participation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, associations, and business leaders.
  • Provide ongoing support to participating companies, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective communication.
  • Plan and execute SME-focused events like workshops and peer learning sessions in collaboration with strategic partners.
  • Use partner networks and databases for targeted outreach and broader programme reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Approximate 2 years of related working experience.
  • Strong track record in successfully planning and executing projects and events.
  • Highly motivated and collaborative, with a deep interest in driving workforce transformation.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
