Job Title: Site Coordination Specialist
Job DescriptionAs a Site Coordination Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of updated drawings and documents.
Key duties include preparing method statements and work procedures, conducting regular meetings with sub-contractors to update progress, and overseeing drawing management and technical documentation control.
You will also be responsible for managing procurement of resources, monitoring and controlling material usage on site to minimize waste and unnecessary expenses.
In addition, you will assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in coordination with consultants on change orders issued and liaise closely with the Quantity Surveyor to provide necessary supporting documents.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
A strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently are essential.
