Job Title: Site Coordination Specialist
As a Site Coordination Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate construction activities, ensure compliance with QOSHE requirements, and conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors.
- Coordinate construction activities to comply with QOSHE (Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements.
- Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update project progress.
- Manage the procurement of resources and monitor material usage on-site to prevent unnecessary wastage or incorrect use.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants on change orders.
- Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities.
- Perform material receiving inspections and maintain material records, ensuring all delivery orders are returned to HQ for documentation.
- Prepare daily reports and perform inspection records.
